DNS can design, install and remotely manage a WI-FI network using high speed Access Points and Cloud Based Controllers from the leading Access Point manufactures.

Authorize Partner for sales, service and maintenance

DNS has partnered with the leading Wi-Fi manufacturers to provide a WLAN solution for the growing BYOD demand. Businesses of all sizes including education facilities, medical facilities and the hospitality industry will need to provide WiFi that is secure, manageable and built for the increasing demand for wireless connectivity.. Wi-Fi virtual single channel technology helps ease the concern about channel overlapping and reduces the time required to strategically design the layout of the AP’s. Also, Wi-Fi uses independent channel layers to increase capacity. You can configure channels to handle different traffic. (Streaming, Voice etc… ). Wi-Fi also offers AP’s that allow you to set both radios to 5GHz. This is critical as more and more 5GHz BYOD devices are introduced. Initially, you would probably want to use both the 2.4GHz and 5GHz radios in each AP. But most new devices are coming with 5GHz capability. You could strategically switch 2.4GHz radios to 5GHz as less and less N devices are using the network. It’s a great solution for now and for the future. The shelf life of the AP’s will be longer than the traditional duel radio.

W-Fi offers a premise based hardware controller and a Virtual Controller which DNS can host in our secure redundant network. If hosting is a requirement, the client only needs to purchase the AP’s. DNS will monitor and maintain support of the controller. DNS also offers Professional Services for a complete installation solution and ongoing support.

A text file can also be referenced for inclusion in the comments field of the cover page.

Automatic incoming fax routing

Broadcasting

  • Users can send a single fax to an entire list of recipients, rather than faxing each person individually.

Fax priority system

  • Users can assign a priority to each outgoing fax. If several faxes are waiting to be sent, higher priority documents will be faxed first.

Address book sharing

  • DNS e-fax provides a network-wide fax address book so users can share contacts and save time when faxing to commonly used numbers.

For enterprises wanting to make full use of their installed IP-PBXs and not only communicate over IP within the enterprise, but also outside the enterprise a SIP trunk provided by an Internet Telephony Service Provider to connect to the traditional PSTN network is the solution. Unlike in traditional telephony, where bundles of physical wires were once delivered from the service provider to a business, a SIP trunk allows a company to replace these traditional fixed PSTN lines with PSTN connectivity via a SIP trunking service provider such as Data Network Solutions on the Internet. SIP trunks can offer significant cost-savings for enterprises, eliminating the need for local PSTN gateways, costly ISDN BRIs (Basic Rate Interfaces) or PRIs (Primary Rate Interfaces).

There are three components necessary to successfully deploy SIP trunks: a PBX with a SIP-enabled trunk side, an enterprise edge device understanding SIP and an Internet telephony or SIP trunking service provider (Data Network Solutions).

In most cases the PBX is an IP-based PBX, communicating with all endpoints over IP, but it may just as well be a traditional digital or analog PBX. The sole requirement is that an interface for SIP trunking connectivity is available. The PBX on the LAN connects to the Data Network Solutions via the enterprise border element. The enterprise edge component can either be a firewall with complete support for SIP or an edge device connected to the firewall, handling the traversal of the SIP traffic.

On the Internet, Data Network Solutions provides connectivity to the PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network) for communication with mobile and fixed phones.

DNS provides SIP trunks (dial tone) over any broadband ISP connecting to existing Digital or Analog or IP PBX.

Hosted Voice over IP (VoIP) is the next generation of business telephony services. With the ability to carry voice and data on your IP network, VoIP helps consolidate service providers, as well as provide additional telephone functionality. Get PBX features without the cost of owning a PBX.

DNS Hosted VoIP PBX also integrates with productivity software such as Call Center Solutions, Salesforce or Sugar CRM, and Conference Calling.

Hosted IP PBX is licensed for a monthly fee. There are two possible choices of Hosted IP PBX services; either on a per phone seat or extension basis referred to as Enterprise. The other choice is a combination of carrier line and extension basis with limited features and measured minutes. Depending upon the number of seats and features required either method of licensing could be more cost effective. More details are provided below and someone is always available to answer your questions by calling 800-649-6741.

The Major Benefits of a VoIP System

Calling Cost Savings – Both local and long distance minute costs are reduced with fixed rate VoIP calling plans. Interoffice connections using our network eliminate the need for expensive tie lines. There are no taxes or surcharges to be paid.

Lower Internet Costs – By having voice and Internet on the same line and from the same provider, costs are reduced for both services.

Quality – VoIP matches your existing phones’ quality and adds advanced functionality not found in traditional PBX’s. Our dedicated network is designed to make sure your calls are clear and uninterrupted.

Reduced Maintenance – With VoIP your company gains truly converged voice, data, and video services from one service provider. This helps decrease time and money spent to maintain three separate systems.

Low Risk – You don’t need to change all at once to gain benefits from VoIP; start by converting a few lines and immediately start saving. A new VoIP system can work with your existing PBX equipment as you seamlessly integrate VoIP into your business.

Easy Upgrades – When you decide you need more from VoIP, you can upgrade to IP phones and eliminate your old PBX equipment. By reducing the amount of equipment in your office, you cut costs but increase functionality.

Reduced Operational Expenses – With VoIP each employee can personalize his/her own telephone functions directly from their desktop computer, via a web interface. This eliminates the need for central administration of telephone services, reducing expenses.

Innovative Options – Major mobile phone and handheld device companies are already providing products that will allow you to stay in touch with your office voice network when you’re on the road. Connect to the Internet from anywhere with your handheld or mobile phone, and have access to the same VoIP services you would in your office.

system designed to grow with your business. On top of that, the DNS IP PBX is simple to use and easy to manage. Take advantage of DNS IP PBX and start enhancing the way you do business today.

Outbound calling includes calls (Local and Long Distance) anywhere in the continental US.  International dialing is not included. Included outbound minutes are aggregated over all seats in the Enterprise. For example, if an enterprise has  2 Enterprise Standard seats, then 1,000 outbound minutes are included for that Enterprise. In the event that outbound usage exceeds the aggregated limit, the rate of $0.03 per minute will be billed for each outbound minute over the aggregated limit. All DNS usage plans are subject to “intended use” limitations which restrict uses such as “auto dialers” and outbound call centers generating atypical, high volume usage.

Peering is the most direct and efficient way to connect between networks. In order for the Internet to work as we are accustomed, all of the ISP’s, carriers, and network operators need to exchange data either on a payment basis or on a cost neutral basis, also known as peering.  Internet Exchanges offer a neutral network where ISP’s, carriers, and network operators connect and exchange traffic on a Layer 2 Ethernet platform. Data Network Solutions openly peers on the DE-CIX NY and NYIIX exchanges to provide optimal performance for our customers.   DNS also provides resale access to these Internet Exchanges to enable customer networks to realize the benefits of peering without the high startup costs.

Benefits of partnering with Data Network Solutions for your Internet Exchange requirements:

  • Instant access to multiple networks
  • Lower IP-transit costs
  • Reduce latency to enhance the end-user experience
  • Control over routing
  • Increased IP quality
  • Interconnect with multiple ISPs without a physical presence at the Internet Exchange location
  • Port speeds from 100 Mb up to 10 GE, sub 1G speeds are not  usually available directly from the exchanges
  • Fast implementation and easy upgrading
  • 24/7/365 support

With our Internet Exchange offering, you have control over routing, enhancing the end-user experience and reducing IP-transit costs. The more networks that are connected to an Internet exchange, the more you will benefit as you can access hundreds of networks with one connection.

DNS provides low cost, high quality peering access for enterprises,  content providers, cloud computing companies, and Internet focused businesses. This offering allows DNS customers in the New Jersey, Philadelphia, and New York markets to improve their network quality and performance at a low cost by peering directly with major content providers, ISPs, and other network operators.
