Isaac Fajerman
President and CEO
Isaac Fajerman, is the founder and CEO of Data Network Solutions and has over 40 years of engineering experience across the field of communications technology. His earliest interests included being a NYC radio broadcast engineer while attending high school and later engineering school at Columbia University. Upon graduating with a B.S.E.E. degree he stayed on the Columbia Faculty and taught electrical engineering courses for two years. Later he took technical staff positions where he engaged in the design, integration and analysis of numerous Aerospace projects for Rockwell Int’l, Hughes Aircraft Co., TRW, and General Dynamics. These projects included the Space Shuttle Columbia, Space Radar, Oceanic Acoustic Sensors, Spread Spectrum Radio, and Adaptive Antenna Arrays. He then attended Rutgers University to study of Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence and lectured on his research on Speech and Visual Recognition. He obtained research grants to staff, design and prototype Knowledge Based Speech Recognition and Parsing in limited vocabularies. In 1989 he founded Data Network Solutions as a consultant to commercial businesses. At that time he started deploying the popular Novell, Apple and Microsoft Local Area Networks and custom databases and later placing his emphasis on the commercial Internet and Telecommunications sector. Currently DNS offers a full product line of telecommunications services including Fiber loops, Metro Ethernet, IP Voice and Broadband Internet. DNS is an authorized CLEC in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania and can provide VoIP and other hosted services nationally.
Jeffrey Spector
Chief Operating Officer & Vice President
Jeffrey Spector serves as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Data Network Solutions, bringing more than 40 years of experience in systems architecture, software development, database design, and technology leadership. Having been with DNS for more than three decades, Jeffrey plays a central role in guiding the company’s operations while ensuring clients receive thoughtful, dependable technology solutions.
Throughout his career, Jeffrey has designed and implemented enterprise information systems for Fortune 500 companies, government organizations, and educational institutions. His unique ability to bridge technical complexity with practical business strategy has helped organizations modernize operations and maximize the value of their technology investments.
In addition to his leadership at DNS, Jeffrey is a Professor of Computer Science at Middlesex College and collaborates with organizations advancing artificial intelligence and data science research throughout New Jersey. His passion for education reflects his commitment to continuous learning, innovation, and helping others succeed.
Walter Phillips
Chief Technology Officer
As Chief Technology Officer, Walter Phillips leads the technical vision and engineering strategy at Data Network Solutions. With more than 17 years of experience across telecommunications, networking, cybersecurity, and systems engineering, he helps organizations modernize their communications infrastructure through secure, scalable, and reliable technology solutions.
Since joining DNS in 2018, Walter has helped lead complex infrastructure modernization initiatives, including cloud communications, network optimization, voice migrations, and enterprise technology deployments. Known for combining deep technical expertise with a collaborative approach, he works closely with clients and internal teams to translate complex challenges into practical solutions that support long-term business success.
Walter is passionate about continuous improvement and enjoys finding new ways to automate processes and improve efficiency. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his dog and exploring emerging technologies that help organizations work smarter.
John Naughton
Business Development Manager
John Naughton partners with organizations to design communications solutions that improve connectivity, strengthen operations, and prepare businesses for future growth. Over nearly six years with Data Network Solutions, he has built lasting relationships with schools, municipalities, government agencies, and commercial organizations by delivering consultative guidance and responsive customer service.
John works closely with clients to understand their unique operational needs before recommending tailored voice, data, wireless, and cloud communications solutions. His customer-first approach, combined with a strong understanding of today’s rapidly evolving telecommunications landscape, has earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor and long-term partner.

Justin Britt, CPA, CMA

As Chief Financial Officer of Data Network Solutions, Justin Britt brings more than 20 years of experience spanning both public and private accounting. He oversees the company’s financial strategy and operations, helping position DNS for continued growth while supporting its commitment to delivering exceptional value to customers.
A dual-certified Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Justin brings extensive expertise in the financial complexities of the IT and telecommunications industries. His strategic approach to financial management and operational planning helps ensure DNS remains a strong, reliable partner for clients while supporting the company’s long-term vision for innovation and sustainable growth.
